I'm not sure why this movie hasn't shown here. It was a nice movie not to wonder why this bagged some major Oscar's and Golden globe awards and nominations. I haven't watched any Indian film yet besides this one kasi naman inde ako masyadong fan ng indians tabi tabi po sa mga friends na taga dun. This movie showcases some cultural life style in mumbai particularly the life in the slum area. I'm not sure if this movie is categorized as a chick flick pero love story din sya na medyo kakaiba ang tema. Na appreciate ko rin ang original musical score ng movie kahit wala akong naitindihan kahit isang salita kasi naman native laguage nila ang gamit. Naalala ko tuloy ang tour namin sa Florida nila Stell at Kat habang nakapila kame sa ET place where we had close encounter to some of Indians (sorry naman at palipad-lipad ang kwento ko), bigla ko tuloy naalala na meron pala akong friend na taga dun baka mabasa nya to kaya inde ko na kwento. So un nga back to the movie, ok sya na nakakaaliw. Eto ung video nung sayaw sa ending kasi sa Bollywood daw meron silang kanta at sayaw sa movie parang pinas lang ang dating.
kuya jeff! i watched this last night and here in UAE super advertized sya since 50% yata ng population dito Indians but really i must agree its really great and story is sumting new. well deserved! amithab! amithab! hehehe
