Diba na kwento ko na na I'm trying to lose weight?
So here's a little something to share, sort of before and after picture shit. I am far from my target weight. But When I saw my old pictures yung medyo whole body walang angulo-angulo-arte I thought of sharing it here sa aking blog since dito din naman ako nag rereklamo na pagod na pagod na ang katawang lupa ko kaka-exercise, may pag kakataon na feeling ko wala naman nangyayari at nag sasayang lang ako ng effort at pinahihirapan ko ang sarili.
I started this program late last year. Pero mas naging dedicated ako this 2012. So I had 2 months active life style and a little bit of diet, January and Februay.
Here's the result
That was me before flying to Singapore with my officemates/friends (right most side). Kamusta naman ang tyan ko na-KAKADIREEEEE!!!!!
I'm still fat (no doubt about it) and cute (Blog ko to!) I guess what I'm trying to share to my faithful readers here (assuming meron?!) is that...
May pagasa pa kahit fucked-up ang metabolism natin! All we need to do is to step up! Decide and do the first step.
May pag agasa! May liwanang! Pwede pang pumayat! as for me I'm getting there and I'm enjoying every bit of my journey towards this fitness and healthier life style shit...
Siguro this time hindi nalang parati akong naka-higa pag bak-bakan pwede na me mag acrobat...JOWWWK lang!
