I am Alive

Kamusta kayo?

Ako sakto lang mataba parin tsaka cute. I have not been able to write or bloghop for the longest period of time. Hind na ko masyadong updated sa kung ano-anong bago sa inyo? pero updated naman ang instagram ko search for incrediblejepoy kung wala kang magawa bukod sa ngatngatin yang nails mo sa talampakan. Bwahihihi

So what had happened after my Qatar Assignment?

Actually, wala naman masyado, bukod sa nag-gain ako ng timbang dahil sa kakalaps ng mga baka, sibuyas, buhangin at Kamelyo sa Qatar eh, ganun parin naman si Jepoy, more timid and shy parin mey.

Medyo active ako sa mga Outreach activities. Pwede na ko bigyan ng Mr Friendship Intergalactic Universe Sash. Pero alam nyo sa totoo lungz, na enjoy ko rin naman sya, I  really feel the fulfillment. Tsaka masaya din makasama 'yung mga group of friends na kaparehas mo ng passion and goal in life. Pero minsan na lulungkot parin ako dahil may kulang parin sakin. 'Yung goal ko last year na hirap na hirap kong makamtan.

Abs. Charot lang. 

Gusto ko talagang mag lose ng weight not for aesthetic purpose but for health reasons. That has been my ultimate goal for like 3 years already. Syempre tumatanda na. Ang presyon tumataas parati at kinakailangan ng uminom ng Maintenance. Yuck tanda na! Lakas maka lolo ng pag inom ng Maintenance.  Pero, kelangan talaga, ayoko naman na maka kurot lang ako ng krispi pata mangingisay na'ko kagad sa kalsada. Heart attack kagad ganyan.

Sabi nga nila, kelangan daw may goal ka sa buhay para alam mo kung saan ka mag sisimula. At sabi rin ng mga chismosang talakitok, it's okay to start over again. No harm in trying.

Dahil dyan.

Nag sign-up ako ng gym membership. Nag signup ako sa Fitness First. Pikit mata kong kinaskas ang aking Patinum American Express card. Charought! Nag sign up ako kahit alam kong masakit sa bulsa ang monthly. 

Pero bago ako nag sign-up, umattend muna ako ng Class.

To tell you honestly, hindi pa ako nag sign up for Gymembership. Cheetos membership, oo pero Gym not in my lifetime. Feeling ko kasi dati kaartehan lang sya. So I just concentrated on other stuffs like running, badminton, swimming over the years. Pero, ngayon na meron akong medical condition, I think this is really needed.

So I started to cut my food intake and check out the free trial.

My friend who happened to work there, signed me up to the this Body Pump class. I don't have any clue kung ano ginagawa dito. She said, okay daw ako dun since sporty naman daw ako. So I said, why not. I'll try.

So I went to the Gym and lined up for the class. Nahiya ako kasi ako lang mataba. Lahat sila puro fit. Gusto ko na sanang umuwi, I feel so hiya, like super. Pero, sayang naman kung mag iinarte pa ako at umuwi eh, nandun na nga 'ko.

So I went and follow them to this dance looking studio. People started to get their gears and put it on their position.

Ako naka nganga hindi ko alam kung anong dadamputin kong gadget. Hindi ko alam kung gaano ka bigat ba dapat buhatin ko. No Clue. It was so frustrating and super nakaka dyahe ng 150%. Alam mo yung feeling lost ka. Ganun.

But I told myself, "What the hell! Nandito na'ko at hindi ko naman sila kilala so I don't give a damn"
Lumapit ako sa trainer at sabi ko first timer ako.

Sabi naman ni Ate go light and follow her lang daw. Like yeah, right!!

Naawa yata 'yung katabi kong Ate sakin or na cute-tan lang sya sakin kasi she helped me set up everything for me. Juk! Muka kasi akong lost at kaawa-awa.

The instructor started to play the music and started to speak loudly with so much energy. Si Ate kumota sa pag inom ng Cobra at Red Bull.

Morefollow naman me on the rythm and posture and all that crazy shit. This was by the way 1 hour straight endurance exercise. And it is my first time!

In the last part of the class, yung may push-ups tapos biglang magbubuhat ka ulet. Sumuka ka mey sa floor. Spell awkward!


And yeah I signed up.

That was my Slow metamorphosis...

Maybe next time soon a better before and after pix after couple more months of exerting extra efforts of living a healthier life...

    and its a good thing yung mga inaattendan mong activities ay fulfilling for you kasi di ka lang enjoy, parang nagshashare ka din ng good aura even via social network langs.

    Ako hindi na ako nagrenew ng gym membership. parang wala namang nangyayari sakin hahaha! Nung naggym ako nagenjoy lang ako sa HipHop classes tapos takbo ng takbo. Kung may namiss ako, swimming. Hindi kasi halata dun pag pawis na pawis na ako. =p

    Hindi ko na nirenew ung gym membership ko. Naenjoy ko lang dun is ung HipHop Classes saka takbo ng takbo. Nakakamiss din magswimming kasi hindi halata pag pawis na pawis na ako hahaha! :)

  5. Oh my God yung one year ago wearing the same shirt I was like, TAO BA YAN! Joke. Congrats sa nakikita ko sa FB mo na patuloy na paglose ng weight. Baka next year magpalit ka na ng blog name. JEPOYFIT na.

  7. wow at isa pang wow!!! now lang me ulit napadpad dito!!!! proud of you na agad agad!!!
    basta advise ko sayo e-enjoy mo lahat ng class, attend more on body attack, combat at pump this will help you loose more weight. go on light weights lang muna sa pump wag ka papa-intimidayt sa gym peeps, yaan mo sila.. focus ka sa kung ano ang kaya mo, at pag nabuild up mo na ang strength mo, then start challenging yourself.. time to put more on ur bar weights! basta tuloy-tuloy lang, try to have gym buddies, more friends inside d gym d more fun it will be!

    basta dito lang ako if you need more help and tips!!
